This website contains information that is provided for general information purposes only. Karts 4 Kids Ltd tries it’s best to make sure that the information is up to date and correct however we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Intellectual property terms and conditions

All parts of this website, including the content, text, graphics, photos and source code belong to Karts 4 Kids Ltd. If you choose to comment on the Blog section, you keep all copyright of that material, but you grant us a worldwide, exclusive royalty-free, non-terminable licence to use, copy, distribute and publish that material in any way we wish.

Booking terms and conditions

A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Karts 4 Kids Ltd and the client when the client has confirmed their booking by letter, phone, email or submission through a website. No Party will be confirmed until we have discussed availability over the phone and received a Booking Form plus Payment. Upon part payment or full payment (whatever is agreed) we will hand over the Party Invitations. A week prior to the party, we will contact you to confirm details. On the day of the party we will arrive thirty minutes prior to the start time. It is also advisable for the organising parent(s) to arrive ten minutes prior to the start time. We would suggest that all children arrive promptly at the start of the party so there are no delays in letting the children on to the Go-Karts.

Payment, Cancellation, Availability

Once a booking has been made we will try our best to alter it if need be. In the event of a deposit being made, all deposits are non-refundable. Should an event for any reason be cancelled by Karts 4 Kids Ltd we will issue a full refund of the cost of the booking only.
All monies due will need to be settled one month prior to the party date unless otherwise arranged by us. If a party is booked with less than a month to go then full payment will be required with the booking form; unless otherwise agreed by us.

All advertised events and birthday party packages are subject to availability.

Any amendments are required in writing and we will endeavour to accommodate where possible but there maybe times where this will not be possible.

Covid 19

Unfortunetly with the rise of Covid 19 Cases there maybe occaisions where an arranged ‘Party’ may need to be cancelled if the venue are forced to suspend venue hire. We are currently in uncertain times where future lockdowns may arise and if so all arranged ‘Parties’ will need to be either rearranged or refunded.

Karts 4 Kids Ltd Liability

In any event Karts 4 Kids Ltd shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or its guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client’s guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking. Karts 4 Kids Ltd will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking. Or for any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances including but not limited to any act of God, natural disaster or act of terrorism.

Your obligations to Karts 4 Kids Ltd are simply to co-operate with them and provide any information required by them to enable them to do their job properly. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a Consumer. All prices are as per the order form or written quote. Payment shall be in the manner specified in the order form or written quote. The deposit paid by you is non-refundable.

Child Participation

Karts 4 Kids Ltd will provide clear instructions at the start of the party or organised event to all participating children.

Parties are aimed at children between the age of 4 and 10. All children will be required to sit comfortably within the Go-Kart and able to use the attached lap strap.

Karts 4 Kids Ltd reserve the right to exclude children from a party or organised event if we believe they are in our opinion causing a nuisance or danger to themselves or others.

All children must be supervised by the attending parents whilst off the track. Karts 4 Kids Ltd will only be responsible for the children within the track perimeter.

Photo’s, Video’s and Marketing

By agreeing to hire Karts 4 Kids Ltd, you agree to us potentially taking both photo’s and video’s of the event and for the use of any such material to be used for marketing and advertising if needed.

It is your responsibility to inform any of your guests that this footage maybe used for advertising and marketing purposes. If any of the guests or yourself object to this, please let Karts 4 Kids Ltd know before or at the latest; prior to the end of the event and no material will be used.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Any personal information issued will be used solely to book your party and will not be supplied to any 3rd party. Information which you have provided when filling in a booking form is strictly kept by Karts 4 Kids Ltd and is never shared with any other party.
